- Overview of the entire payroll process for the staff in Luxembourg and abroad. - Provide HR strategies and solutions to the internal (Luxembourg) and EMEA managers - Organize, manage and follow up the recruitments processes in Luxembourg and EMEA market - Compensation & benefits: advise on payroll and other remuneration issues based on Luxembourg’s and EMEA countries laws- - Budgeting salaries figures and HR goals with internal and EMEA managers - Analyze training requests, matching the training requests with the appropriate training initiatives, coaching and counseling for managers and employees
