Coordination of the Corporate Project Management Office of the company, both directly for Adro headquarter with collaborators on-site and indirectly through local colleagues for the other plants of the group. Direct coordination of multiple inter-functional project teams dedicated to development and industrialization of chassis and powertrain components for premium passenger cars, LCV, agriculture and heavy duty (e.g. Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Iveco, CNHi). Support to Sales Dept. and R&D Dept. in the continuous collaboration with customers. Monitoring of project budget and resources, and product quality and performance for the company portfolio through specifically customized software tools based on Smartsheet platform. Responsible for the continuous improvement of the Project Management Office and Leader of internal projects defined by the strategic plan of the company.
Coordination of teams, composed by members from different departments, in the management of new industrialization processes involving both machining and assembling of automotive parts for customers such as CNHi, AMG and Lamborghini.
FEM simulation and cooperation with the Design Division to optimize the acoustic comfort of car brake systems in their development phase; following dedicated dyno tests management aimed to a further tuning on the physical components, before the actual road tests on prototype vehicles, provided by car manufacturers themselves. Personal main focus is on carbon ceramics systems used in the majority of supercar projects (for ex. Ferrari, McLaren, Pagani).
Development of a robust hardware/software system and related methodology for the out-of-plane stiffness measurement of friction materials in car brakes applications.
