Coffee Educator & SCA Authorized Trainer | Lecturer at EHL | Luxury Hospitality Background

Geneva, Geneva, Switzerland

About

My career started behind the bar in luxury hotels across Europe, including Four Seasons, Kempinski and InterContinental, where I developed a solid foundation in beverage culture and hospitality standards. After joining EHL, I proposed and built the school's coffee education program from scratch, using SCA as the industry reference framework — a path that led me to become an SCA Authorized Trainer. I believe that to teach well, you never stop learning. Competing at the Swiss Barista Championship was a deliberate choice, a way to test myself against industry standards and bring that experience back into the classroom.
