Robert Noeldechen's career in Commercial Real Estate includes CRE capital markets, restructurings and workouts, asset management, the principal side, and client advisory that spans four decades with many prestigious institutions from Main Street to Wall Street. Most recently he was First Vice President of Capital Markets for Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation in New Haven, CT for 7.5 years. He is in contact with hundreds of capital sources nationally and locally and maintains a pulse on the market and lender/investor requirements. As a Commercial Mortgage Broker / Debt Advisor, he has closed loans nationally on over 300 collateral properties ( multifamily, retail, office, industrial, early childhood education, drug store, bank branch and other NNN Lease properties) and is well versed in structuring debt, resolving issues, communicating and closing transactions to all stakeholder's satisfaction involved. Rob graduated from St. John's University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and a minor in Economics. He earned his Master of Science in Real Estate Development & Investment from The Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University, with an additional major in valuation.

Prior Years: Completed Year 2015 $2 billion in CMBS loan underwriting & B piece due diligence; $ 1 billion equity due diligence; $500 million retail acquisition due diligence. Involves real estate & credit risk analysis.
