As a Detention Deputy at Brazoria County Sheriff's Office, I ensure the safety and security of inmates and staff in the jail facility. I have over two years of experience in this role, as well as previous experience as a Patrol Officer at City of Iowa Colony Police Department and a Detention Deputy at Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Houston, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Police Officer from Wharton County Junior College. I am also a military veteran, having served in the United States Navy for three years. I have developed strong skills in problem solving, troubleshooting, and communication, as well as a high level of professionalism, integrity, and respect. My mission is to uphold the law, protect the public, and serve the community with excellence and compassion. I am passionate about learning new things, expanding my knowledge, and advancing my career in law enforcement. · Monitors, controls, and assists staff in all production procedures including opening, glazing, sawing, facing, wrapping, and scaling. · Direct all quality control, food defense, and food safety activities. · Manage all internal quality control processes. · Ensure adequate staffing and effectively train, develop, and manage staff to provide services based on changing business needs of the organization. · Directly supervise up to 30 seasonal workers during the peak holiday season. · Coordinate planning and purchasing of production supply items; anticipate and plan for production-related capital requirements.
