Assist the Land Manager and Land Acquisitioner with the management of all functions of the Land Acquisition process. Learn the need for uniformity in land development methods within the company, support company policies and construction standards, suggest improvements within the system, and execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in running summer sailing camps and ran weekday sailing clinics in the fall and spring • Oversee the other instructors and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities during summer sailing camps under supervision of the Waterfront Director • Introduce the sport of sailing to numerous children and young adults through summer sailing and fall and spring clinics
