Advantage Self Storage Management, LLC. Texas limited liability company, is an affiliate of Advantage Self Storage, Inc., established in 1995 by Rick Jones and a family trust. Rick Jones is its President and Chief Executive Officer. Since its founding, Advantage has developed and managed twelve storage facilities in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex comprising more than 10,000 units and over 1,200,000 leasable square feet.
