With a career spanning over two decades across diverse sectors—including banking, finance, telecommunications/ICT, commodities trade, energy, mining, industrial design, the defence and security sector, and most recently the medical industry — I bring a broad and unique perspective to programme management, solutions architecture and strategic solutions. Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for being able to absorb the multifaceted challenges that clients face and deliver solutions aligned with their medium- and long-term goals. I pride myself on my ability to guide clients in understanding the complexities of their challenges—whether technical, commercial, related to governance and compliance, or resource-based—and then architect and manage solutions that are both sustainable and forward-looking. My journey began in software development, evolving through roles in analysis, design, and software development management, before transitioning to product and project management. This hands-on experience with both technical teams and clients has allowed me to hone my skills in delivering enterprise-level solutions that meet strategic business objectives. I’ve led projects and teams, developed products, and, most importantly, gained deep insights into client challenges, driving solutions in areas like infrastructure, defense, and security. Moreover, I have had the privilege of working closely with senior government representatives and working committees around the globe, building relationships and negotiating solutions in emerging markets. This work has often required travel, the ability to operate independently, and engagement in complex negotiations that involved financial evaluations and long-term stakeholder management. I hold a TOGAF 9 level 2 certification and am an active member of the Association of Enterprise Architects. My specialties include project management, business analysis, enterprise architecture, systems engineering, and governance and compliance management. I am confident that my experience and skills will enable me to contribute effectively and help drive continued success.

My role includes participation at a senior level of the company in the day to day running of the business including support for ongoing operations, long term strategy and business models, profit and loss, financial management, marketing and sales, resourcing, project oversight, governance and legislative compliance to name a few.
Teganture is a small consulting firm at this point. We work with a number of partner organisations to deliver services to clients in the telecomunications, industrial, energy and defence sectors. We are looking at providing a range of business as well as broad-based IT-related consulting services to select clients.
