I began practicing securities, M&A and corporate law in the firm's Miami office in 1982. I have wide-ranging experience taking companies public, acquiring and selling companies, and as a business advisor, I bring a practical business-oriented approach to my clients' problems, focusing on accomplishing a clients' objectives effectively and efficiently. I have represented a diverse collection of public and private companies, including companies in the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, health care, energy and natural resources, technology and software, and communications industries. I am the Chair of the firm's Israel Practice and a frequent business visitor to Israel. In addition to representing Israeli companies, the firm's Israel Practice Group, including its Israel office, provides assistance to Israeli and U.S. companies through introductions to strategic partners. Greenberg Traurig's broad client base and network of offices and other resources are significant components of this process.
