Group Head of IT for Enero Group Limited, an advertising and marketing services holding company based in Sydney, Australia (ASX: EGG). Enero is the holding company for BMF, Hotwire, Orchard, and ROI-DNA. I am responsible for IT for all group companies as well as IT risk management, NIST compliance, and artificial intelligence (AI) governance.
Head of IT for Hotwire, a leading global technology communications consultancy, and ROI-DNA, a premier global digital marketing agency. I was responsible for development and execution of technology strategy, acquisition integration, and managing IT security and risk compliance efforts worldwide. Together with the IT team, I identified emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities to position Hotwire & ROI-DNA for growth and innovation. We proudly completed the migration of Hotwire 100% to the cloud. Hotwire and ROI-DNA are part of Enero Group Limited, a global group of marketing and technology agencies publicly traded on the Australian stock exchange (ASX: EGG).
Through MPS, I advised clients in healthcare, advertising, and investment banking on such topics as media buying systems, Salesforce Datorama, digital marketing strategies, technology infrastructure, and website legal compliance, management, hosting, and integrations.
As the company’s first COO I had broad purview to professionalize many aspects of US and international operations. We grew revenue from $5MM to $40MM and expanded to 200+ employees in the US alongside establishing international operations via a new headquarters in London. I was able to make significant improvements and contributions across our technology, culture, operations, human resources, and legal functions, gaining recognition from Ad Age as a 2020 Best Place to Work.
As the company's first Head of Technology, I modernized a traditional on-premise-based technology platform using Microsoft 365 cloud services. • Directed the implementation of the company's first dashboard/reporting system and subsequent migration to Salesforce Datorama • Streamlined vendor invoice discrepancy resolution and reduced manual accounts payable processes through outsourced invoice scanning, processing, and automation solution • Directed the successful transition from Strata media buying system to Mediaocean, the single platform for media intelligence, media management, and media finance. • Migrated to TriNet PEO for outsourced Human Resources management system, payroll, etc. resulting in significant operational and healthcare cost savings • Ad Age Small Agency of the Year 2013, Adweek New Model Agency 2014
Head of Information Technology for Aegis Media Americas (now Dentsu), the holding company for Carat, Vizeum, iProspect, Isobar, etc. • Aggressively promoted through the ranks starting as Manager at Aegis Media’s largest business unit Carat and on to lead Aegis Media’s Information Technology department across the Americas supporting 20 business units (Isobar, iProspect, Posterscope, Vizeum, etc.) with $250M in revenue, 1800 employees, and a total IT operating budget of $13M • Restructured and evolved the department to a holding company shared services group supporting the company’s rapid and successful growth.
