I bring more than twenty-five years of experience across the industrial real estate and logistics industries, with a comprehensive background in real estate leasing, acquisitions, and redevelopment. Within the logistics sector, I have developed deep expertise in third-party logistics operations, site start-ups, pricing strategy, equipment financing, contract negotiation, and new business development. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to a customer-first philosophy, believing that strong relationships built on mutual value create the most sustainable outcomes. As Chief Operating Officer of Phoenix Investors, I help oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and lead corporate strategic development initiatives. In addition, I am actively involved in the multi-family real estate sector through my own companies, J.H.D. Properties and Red Sunset Property Management. My academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor. I am a licensed CPA and an active member of the Wisconsin Bar. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring geopolitics and foreign affairs, traveling, and collecting street art.
