I have spent the past 30+ years supporting, developing, and managing project control software development including Critical Path Method (CPM), Resource Analysis (capacity planning), Earned Value (EVM), Risk Analysis (Qualitative and Quantitative) and collaboration tools (web portals). These tools are being used by major corporations including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, GE, General Dynamics, and BAE Systems. My goal is to continue to develop quality software that assists these and other organisations to manage their business and projects effectively in these difficult financial times.
