I am a results driven Property Developer / Development Manager with a passion for property. I have a strong work ethic and display excellence in all that I do. I am currently developing a nineteen unit, terraced housing project in Auckland after completing a twenty two unit terraced housing project in Auckland earlier this year and a twelve unit terraced housing project in Auckland in 2017. I also have a Property Development consulting business which provides advise and support to property owners with the view of creating successful projects. I have been actively involved in the construction and property development field for eighteen years and in that time I have gained a wealth of knowledge across all facets of the industry.
I am currently developing a nineteen unit terraced housing project in Auckland's Eastern Bays, after completing a twenty two at the beginning of this year and a twelve unit terraced housing project in April 17. I am also currently engaged in consulting as a Senior Development Manager on a 44 unit apartment project in Mt Victoria, Wellington (Alpha). Prior to that I completed a 18mth consulting project on a large (circa) 700 home terraced housing project in Mt Wellington, Auckland (Richmond). Also prior, completed a 6 month consulting project for a large Auckland inner-city (Wynyard) multi-use super yacht marine services centre/premium apartment and retail development. Both these projects involve: Development strategy, innovative and creative property solutions, bulk and location studies, master planning, feasibility modelling, market research and analysis, development cost analysis, sales and leasing management, marketing, procurement, contract management and property development related activities.
During my time at Equinox Group, I was responsible for overseeing the re-design of pre-existing large multi-use development sites. This included rationalising design through leading the design team alongside an early contractor involvement (ECI) process. As well as drafting and presenting feasibility reports and driving sales and marketing.
