Responsibilities Include ¥ Dubai Creek Residences Project, 6 Residential Towers (G+32 to G+42) – Client: Emaar Properties o Lead on Post Contract activities, including managing QS team, Monthly Cost Reporting, assessment and implementation of Value Engineering proposals, review and submission of Interim Payment Certificates, Claim analysis and defense, Client facing.
Seconded to the Clients Representative Team for the Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences Project
Manage and implement contract terms and conditions for both prime contract, main contract and sub-contracts. Implement and maintain the extra work agreements, initialize and maintain Internal Siemens reports and data base. Provide necessary contract guidance to all site personnel, provide detailed documentation for the protection of Siemens against claims from any and all associated contractual parties. Provide assessment and defense to any claims asserted during the project duration. Implement any assertive claims against any contractual associated parties.
