• Owned the IT/HRIS client relationship for the global HR and Payroll functions focusing on new requirement, small projects, escalated issues and development of a long-term road map. • Led the Mexico payroll and HR teams to develop a project charter, business case and requirements definition to support an RFP and deployment plan to replace a 23+ year-old custom time & attendance system with ~550 obsolete time clocks to reduce operational risk and improve efficiencies for ~ 80,000 employees. • Successfully delivered a payroll migration in Ireland for ~260 regular employees with a separate payroll for ~25 expats; a payroll migration in the UK to a common platform for ~100 regular employees and a new human resources information system and payroll service to Egypt for ~30-50 regular employees. • Led the migration to Single Sign On (SSO) for over ~35 employee applications both improving the overall user experience and reducing security risks to the organization. • Led a plan to migrate training records for ~70,000 hourly employees from a local application to the corporate Learning Management System. • Facilitated data privacy and information security reviews for ~50 existing and all new global applications that contained personal and sensitive information data. • Developed and managed over $20 million in project and run budgets coming in under budget over 95% of the time.
• Continued to lead and delivered the replacement of a highly customized, end-of-life Mexico payroll system for ~72,000 employees and 34 sites to a standard Software as a Service product which included supervising the project team, leading weekly status meetings, reporting to senior leadership, navigating a company spinoff splitting the project into two implementations, and managing the $5 million budget leading to a successful implementation with less 0.001% discrepancies.
• Led the pre-RFP approval, RFP development and execution, product selection, business case development and approval, built and supervised the project team for the replacement of a highly customized, end-of-life Mexico payroll system for ~72,000 employees and 34 sites to a standard Software as a Service product as well as built and managed the $5 million budget. • Stepped into a Brazil payroll replacement project to support the HRIS integrations and then providing various leadership roles identifying serious risks that were missed from both the Delphi and supplier side and pushed the supplier to course correct leading to delayed but successful final implementation.
• Owned the regional IT client relationship for the HR and Payroll functions focusing on new requirement, small projects, escalated issues and development of a long-term road map. • Co-led implementation on a new global HRIS system for Mexico ~65,000 employees and Brazil ~6,000 employees which including harmonizing many different local business processes to a global standard, defining and validating ~35 new integrations. • Lead a gap analysis, budget development, sourcing for and remediation of ~12 legacy system functionalities not included in the new HRIS platform and led the team for development and deployment. • Served as testing manager for integration testing and validation as well as final cutover testing.
• Managed all the Americas IT system enhancement requests prioritization and global SAP enhancement requests to properly meet business and leadership requirements with a budget of ~$5 million annually and reducing an average of ~$9 million in annual cost savings. • Developed, piloted and rolled out a user awareness and development technology forum called “Tech Tak Café” in 4 countries.
