I work at the intersection of public governance, socio‑economic development, and systems thinking. My focus is on implementing projects in contexts that require an understanding of how institutions, business, communities, and policy environments interact — and how thoughtful engagement can create more inclusive and resilient outcomes. My background and interests span public and development management, futures studies, and programme management across government and civil society spaces. I’m drawn to work that requires careful listening, sense‑making, and the ability to hold multiple perspectives at once. Much of my work has involved building relationships, facilitating dialogue, and helping organisations navigate complexity in a way that is grounded, practical, and people‑centred. I’m particularly interested in how digital and economic systems shape opportunities for participation, especially for groups that are often overlooked, such as youth and marginalised communities. . This includes working with stakeholders across government, community organisations, and industry to understand constraints, surface shared interests, and support more coherent approaches to development. My approach is reflective and process‑oriented: I pay attention to context, incentives, and the quieter dynamics that influence how decisions are made. I value clarity, patience, and collaboration — and I try to bring those qualities into every space I work in.
