About

I am an in-house lawyer at Teachers Mutual Bank with a unique and varied skillset developed from my career progression. I recently won the Association of Corporate Counsel New-to-In-House Award for 2024, have been recognised by the Australasian Lawyer as a Future Legal Leader in 2025, Rising Star in 2023, Most Influential Lawyer (Young Influencers category) in 2023 and 2024, and was awarded Mondaq's Autumn 2022 Thought Leader Award in Fintech. Prior to Monoova, I worked as a senior lawyer at LegalVision, helping to build the blockchain and modern slavery practices whilst working in the commercial contracts team. The bulk of my private practice experience is in construction and infrastructure teams in global and national mid-tier law firms as a front-end and disputes lawyer. Notable experiences include: • acting for an international contractor in relation to tendering for a Sydney Metro package and related contracting arrangements including a consortium agreement; and • acting for an international consortium on a high-profile / value LNG plant international arbitration. I was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in December 2018 and to the High Court of Australia in April 2019. I graduated from the University of Technology (Sydney) with a Juris Doctor with Honours, and from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of International Studies (completing my exchange year at the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom).
