Industrial projects are rarely hard because the drawings are complex. They’re hard because the consequences are. Safety, uptime, compliance, budgets, reputation: all tied to steel, welds, and the decisions behind them. That’s the space I work in. I lead international teams (100+ people) across process equipment and plant projects, right where engineering meets business development. I’m as comfortable on the shop floor as I am in strategic conversations, especially in the grey zone in between, where trade-offs are real and deadlines don’t negotiate. My technical foundation is in materials, welding, and failure analysis. My leadership style is straightforward: clarity, curiosity, and high standards, with a strong bias for building what keeps running. And through all of it, I’ve learned the real differentiator is people. The quality of the work, the speed of the decisions, the trust with customers, it all comes down to the teams you build and the relationships you earn. I put a lot of focus on creating clarity, ownership, and a way of working where colleagues and clients feel heard and can rely on each other when it matters most. one-titan.com
