Tacoma, Washington, United States
I’m a GIS professional with a certificate from the University of Washington Tacoma and a solid foundation across the full spectrum of geospatial tools and concepts. My training and hands-on experience span everything from data collection and map design to spatial analysis and web GIS. I have intermediate-level skills in: • GIS fundamentals (coordinate systems, map types, symbology) • Data types (vector, raster, satellite imagery, attribute tables) • Field and remote sensing data prep (Survey123, GPS, georeferencing) • Spatial analysis (buffers, overlays, raster calculations, hotspot mapping) • Cartographic design (color theory, exporting maps, StoryMaps) • Web GIS (ArcGIS Online, dashboards, real-time mapping tools like Leaflet and Mapbox) • ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and QGIS Whether building a site selection model, supporting environmental reports, or designing a clear, compelling map, I enjoy using GIS to tell stories and solve problems. I’m currently seeking an opportunity where I can grow my skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and be part of a collaborative geospatial team. Let’s connect!
