      At Frulact, we primarily develop fruit preparations that are mixed into yogurt, ice cream, cottage cheese, and bakery products. We also develop savoury products such as dips for sour cream, cottage cheese, and others. As an R&D project manager, we are responsible for overseeing all stages of development, from the early stages of ordering samples, to developing the products, and overseeing scaling up for an industrial trial. Our clients will provide a brief for a new project, and we will design a product tailored to that specific brief. We then send samples, receive feedback, make changes to the product (if necessary); if approved, the product will go to market. This position involves a high level of communication and teamwork with all departments, including production, quality control, purchasing, samples, I.T., sales, and customer service. In addition to this, we are the department responsible for most communication with the clients, hosting workshops, providing proactive presentations, and weekly meetings to stay on top of current projects.
