Recently graduated and achieved a second class honours (2.1) in Bachelor of Science (Honours) Health and Physical Activity at DKIT. key areas include anatomy & physiology, health & wellbeing, Nutrition and lab based physical activity. Currently have First Aid and Manual Handling certifications. Interests include all sports and physical activity. Competed at the FIBA u16, u18 and u20 European Championships division B with Basketball Ireland International teams. Overall goal is to improve my knowledge around health, wellbeing and physical activity whilst gaining experience in different sectors across the health, fitness and exercise industry.
