19 years with Frontier/ Verizon /GTE. started as a Customer Data Engineer in 98. In 2004 I took the position as Business Local Manager and am currently a Technical Supervisor. In this roll I oversee the field technicians, construction technicians, and the Central Office technicians in the telecommunication industry. I have held CCNA, CCDA Cisco certifications and had taken several Cisco courses. I have managed several installation projects with data equipment and alo several voice platforms, such as Nortel, Avaya, and Mitel.
