With over 40 years of senior leadership experience in CyberSecurity, Enterprise Software, Telecom and High-Tech industries with companies such as Tanium, Sumo Logic, BEA Systems, DellEMC, Lenovo, GXS (now OpenText) in Japan, I have been driving technology adoption for strategic advantage `across the language barrier`, leveraging my fluency in Japanese. My focus now is on applying this experience to help senior management of clients to understand how best apply cutting edge security solutions while, likewise, assisting the cross-border implementation of the same, as these are truly critical elements to achieving cyber resilience in any global organization active in, or from, Japan.

Responsible for leading Lenovo's rapidly growing Data Center Solutions subsidiary in Japan. With a focus on establishing Best-of-Breed Solution alliances, new go to market partnerships and teaming with some of the best Enterprise Sales and Engineering talent in Japan today, I look forward to leveraging the legacy strengths of the IBM System X server heritage and applying the unique disruptive forces at play now in IT for the benefit of thought-leading clients and partners in the world's second largest Enterprise Data Center market.
Tanium was founded in 2007 to invent a fundamentally new approach to security and systems management in order to deliver instantaneous visibility and control over geographically dispersed global enterprise systems without compromising all-important performance speed as the system scales. Applying the real-time speed-to-security-problem-resolution capability of the Tanium solution to the Japanese and North Asian market, significant wins were achieved at several Lighthouse Enterprise accounts, including Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi (BTMU), Hokenomadoguchi, ANA, NIssan, Line, Metlife and other leading Financial, Retail and Manufacturing firms. Tanium Japan also took a prominent role in the recent CyberSecurity Trade Mission, contributing to the first-of-a-kind Financial Services Panel discussion that was attended by both the Bank of Japan and FInancial Services Agency (FSA).
