- Supporting global TMS projects - Develop and standardize Philips transport processes in combination with TMS landscape - KPI management, including Power BI implementation
- Responsible for an accurate planning of the drying tower for baby powder - Ordering JIT materials - Develop and implement planning improvements for multiple drying towers in Bedum - Increase accuracy of planning parameters based on a multidiscipline setup - Project lead for smaller operational projects/changes - Member of project groups for the introduction of new products
