My career started in retail leadership, continued through technical operations and incident management at Zalando, and later moved into large-scale e-commerce transformation and executive leadership. As Managing Director of a regulated e-commerce company, I was responsible for operations, technology and organizational development. During this time, I led system modernization initiatives, warehouse digitalization, process restructuring and platform transformation while building sustainable profitability.
