Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) expert; combining operational experience with current training requirements and objectives to design invaluable war games, meeting fleet training requirements.
Aircraft Carrier Operations expert; led the largest Department on the CVN (704-Officers and Enlisted) in the safe launch and recovery of naval aircraft. Achieving over 23,000 mishap free launches and recoveries. Uncanny ability to sort the myriad of operational risks associated with the hazardous flight deck environment under an extremely pressurized work environment.
