Skills Transformation Lead: • Assigned by my AVP as a Training Champion. • Developed and implemented the monthly Skills Transformation Coffee Talk series that stressed the importance of bettering one-self personally and professionally through training. • Guest speakers from different organizations were solicited to convey new and updated information on related topics that garnered interest of my peers. Sales Enablement Training Portal Lead: • Led a team to develop new training portal for the Sales Enablement Organization which was more user friendly to members being able to find the necessary training necessary for their current and future positions. Executive Deal Lead Self Service Tool: • Led the initiative to minimize the time it takes for an EDL to come up with a ROM for their opportunity. • This initiative will speed up the process from a timeline that originally covered days to create to only minutes. • This initiative saved the organization over $1M annually in excess resources and process improvements. Project Management: • Project Managed some of AT&T’s largest global opportunities that have a total contract value (TCV) range of $40M - $1B over the life of the client’s negotiated contracts. • These deals have a term range of 36 to 72 months. • Deals may consist of the following services: WAN, LAN, WLAN, Data Center Management, Call Center as a Service (CCaaS), SDWAN, AVPN, ADI, ADIG, Managed Router Service (MRS), Managed Security Service (MSS), Managed LAN Services (MLAN), NetBond, Dynamic Host Control Protocol and IP Address Management (DHCP, IPAM).
