I am co-founder and Head of Data Science at Delfi Diagnostics and an Associate Professor of Oncology and Biostatistics at Johns Hopkins University. I do research in cancer genomics with applications in sequencing of cell-free DNA for noninvasive cancer prediction, pre-processing of high-throughput sequencing data, copy number analysis, and multi-study hierarchical models for differential gene expression. I teach a course in Bayesian Biostatistics at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.
