I am a self-motivated hardworking college graduate looking for a start in the research portion of the biomedical field. I find microbiology and virology especially fascinating. I have lab experience from my coursework at Central Michigan University as well as some experience from an independent electrophysiology project in which I learned patch clamping. Other lab skills include: cell staining, growing competent cells, PCR and Gel electrophoresis, Western blotting. Although I am currently located in Northwestern Michigan I would be willing to relocate given the right opportunity.
