Own a realestate investment company
In my most recent position, I was in charge of all aspects of operations, including building, leasing, real estate development, and regional market expansion in Southeast Texas. In order to meet targets for revenue, profitability, and market share, I oversaw the implementation of strategic initiatives throughout the region. As part of an early retirement deal, I was retired with a three-year non-compete agreement in the same industry.
