The business has numerous applications across all industries offering innovative aerial imagery and surveying capability. Quality of output is excellent - a variety of DSLR cameras can be used for stills and video and we can lift video cameras such as the Red Epic for video production. Cost is significantly lower than commissioning a conventional aircraft and we can fly lower and nearer to buildings than is acceptable with full size aircraft and this solution is more capable and flexible than using pole mounted cameras. Really excited to be joining the IPA as Interim Assurance Lead and using my track record in delivery to support assurance of major projects and large scale portfolios. Appointed to establish a new Client Engagement Function within the BBA with the joint objectives to improve the quality of communications throughout the life of the client engagement with the BBA and improve the on-time, in-full delivery of the BBA certification process. The commission encompases strategic organisation design (OD) development and change management to establish a PMO capability and develop technology enabled processes and procedures to take the administration and communication burden from the BBA technical delivery teams in Watford and Liverpool. The role fulfilled a position within the Senior Management Team within the BBA, working closely with the CEO, CFO, Operations and Sales Directors.
