I am a first year master’s degree student in Civil & Environmental Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh. I attained my bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Duquesne University, with minors in mathematics, biology, and chemistry. Currently, I am working for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Engineering District 10, where I will continue to pursue a career under the title of Civil Engineer, upon completion of my master’s degree.
Assists the District Environmental Supervisor in moving PennDOT forward by supporting District 10-0 established goals and objectives, and ensures that all phases of Design, Maintenance, and Construction activities are performed in compliance with State, Federal, and Local environmental laws, regulations, and requirements.
Answer questions from gym patrons, ensure gym members swipe their ID cards, and cleaning and re-racking weights.
Repair and servicing of small engine machinery such as lawn mowers, chainsaws, leaf blowers, and weed wackers.
STAMPP (Systematic Technique to Analyze and Manage Pennsylvania’s Pavements). Manual distress surveys on drainage, guide rails, and roadway shoulders to assess damages for the Pennsylvania roadway management system.
Replacing roadway drainage pipes, stockpile clean up, and roadway flagging.
