A current Strategy Manager for Tarmac after graduating from the University of Manchester (MEng).
Responsible for embedding sustainability throughout Tarmac's product range & solutions, ensuring our strategy is aligned with customer ambitions. Supporting our customers and clients with key projects to deliver positive sustainable outcomes. Designing and delivering sustainability awareness and competency training to colleagues.
The aim of this internship was to provide a more informed approach to targeting student recruitment by tracing the impacts of the University’s Professional Development Programme on the career pathways of graduates. This involved collating large amounts of data and analysing it. The findings were then presented to a range of staff within the department in the forms of a presentation and report.
