I am a very experienced, strategic IT professional with more than 20 years of IT/IS delivery and services management. I am a Chartered IT Professional (CITP), member of the British Computer Society (MBCS) and a certified Managing Successful Programme Practitioner. I have full lifecycle experience across many business sectors including financial services, FMCG, utilities, property services, construction, engineering, central and local government manufacturing, logistics, telecommunications and retail sectors. I am a strong and confident communicator, with the ability to work comfortably at board level, whilst also able to operate successfully with business users and IT operatives at all levels. I also have significant experience in developing and implement core ICT governance models and planning processes.
