Provide the CEO and business leaders with strategic advice supporting the development of the workforce, people, culture, and organisational performance in emerging markets across APAC.
Partner with SLT and business leaders to drive post-acquisition transformation and cultural change to support the growth of the business. Collaborate with Group HR to lead the adoption and implementation of initiatives and activities to improve talent development, performance management and employee engagement.
Champion the Group people agenda in SEA. Establish a HRBP model while providing support, coaching, development and growth at individual, functional and business levels across SEA.
Implement the group people strategy while advising and shaping continuous improvement of HR & OD services to achieve strong engagement at the local business unit level. Lead the introduction of Talent Management and Capability development throughout the Asia Region.
Partner with Group and Asia Pac executive leadership teams. Lead HR in Asia Pac during the acquisition of an Australian entity while implementing a HRBP model to support the post-acquisition business transformation.
