• Lead oversight of an approximately $2B portfolio of projects consolidated within the Community Health and Hospitals Program: Designed, introduced and established a program management methodology for an in-flight program to provide assurance via program reporting and preparation of briefing material for DepSec and SES chaired oversight boards. • Lead the delivery and operation of approximately $2M data analytics and transformation initiative • Lead the execution and transition phases of the department’s approximately $195M sports grants programs: I was asked to take control of two in-flight, high profile and politically sensitive sports grants programs. This was managed through the close coordination of grant assessments, enabling their release in a timely and controlled manner, taking corrective action where necessary, whilst ensuring compliance with the Commonwealth Grants Rules and Guidelines 2017. This was completed through active relationship management including the Ministers Office and the Executive. I ensured delivery risks were mitigated with a focus on proportionality, with election commitments realised. • Lead department’s response to grant audit requirements • Established then grow a new grant analytics and transformation section with a 3 year capability innovation and investment roadmap • Mobilised the Section with a clear strategic outlook to adopt tools • Negotiate complex outcomes with stakeholders, ensure Executive expectations are met whilst balancing stakeholder sensitivities. • Legislative reporting: I oversaw the preparation and approval of legislative reports (Murray/Minchin motions) ensuring senate order obligations were met, with the reports tabled in parliament. • Prepared papers and advice for executive committees • Managed project and BAU budgets

• As a trusted advisor to senior executive, advise upon/guide realisation of business outcomes via program and project delivery across multiple streams of work including Aged Care Gateway ICT and similar cross-agency solutions. • Manage the ICT transformation program initiative and other projects (e.g. Parliamentary Document Management System Enhancements), ensuring required artefacts with considered advisory recommendations are produced; • Hold membership on the IT Group's Risk Management body, providing considered input to define and implement risk controls and mitigations for Whole of Group delivery; • Inform significant Whole of Group costing response(s) for multi million dollar cross-Government ICT investments. • Managed the overall function of Enterprise wide FMW service definition, development and delivery for IMTG and it's customers. Oversaw the continued technical management of the National Complaints and Compliance Information Management System (NCCIMS).
