Key accountabilities: - Supporting schools in their use of CEDP school website application - supporting the setup, enhancement, alteration, and testing of CMS systems' configuration within the designated applications in response to project demands and issues - Support website content managers both directly and indirectly in their use of the application(s) - Work with ICT Helpdesk to address issues raised through the Helpdesk incident management software - Analysing operational activities to identify areas of system improvement - When required provide training support either directly or indirectly to the CEDP schools and Head Office.
Key accountabilities: - Delivering IT technical support to the system - Monitoring and reporting technical support queries to inform root cause analysis and development of potential solutions - Providing desktop support - Identifying improvements to technical support processes and procedures - Supporting the ICT Trainees
