Completed some A/R reporting while in the externship @ US Imaging when I was not shadowing an employee calling patients to collect past due account balances in the Collections department Software that I have used to view patient account activity include; MedInformatix, Medisoft and Zirmed Insurance plans that I processed patient accounts included; HMOMCR (Obamacare), HMO, MCD/MCR, PPO and have been looking at information on the Exclusive Provider Organization EPO plan as a hybrid health plan that I might encounter if I am looking at Eligibility of Benefits in a insurance verification task I might be completing as a Medical Biller/Collector Recently have been participating in the community outreach program the Fisher of Men Lutheran Church has organized after Hurricane Harvey to provide disaster recovery clean-up removing mold infested drywall and sheet rock in homes in the Richmond, TX area
