Robert Marinelli is the Managing Director of Philip Chun. Philip Chun has provided building regulatory advice to Australia’s building industry for the past 25 years. As Australia’s largest building regulation code, access and mobility, essential services, fire and life safety consulting group, Philip Chun partners with private and public sector clients to find solutions and reduce their compliance risk.
Rob’s extensive experience in the construction industry, including building code consulting, ranges from residential developments to multi-storey office, hotel and retail developments. He has expertise in health and public assembly building assessment, including work on several new hospitals as well as extensive works to The Star, Sydney. In addition, Rob has been appointed expert witness on a wide range of different legal building matters. Rob has participated in government working parties on changes to legislation and regularly lectures at the University of Technology Sydney. In 2012, he was appointed a Director on the Building Professionals Board in New South Wales. Rob co-founded Philip Chun in 1990.
