Project Leadership and Design - In charge of the design and testing of CNC Assembly Machines in industries including commercial plastics and automotive - Oversee and coordinate a team of designers across all disciplines to ensure machines built to Transformix Engineering standards - Work with customers to plan the installation, setup and testing of machines in their factories - Responsible for training young designers in machine design and drafting as well as testing and debugging machines - Experienced in designing machine concepts and presenting to customers - Designed machines that are able to be quickly changed over to run different products - Automated the production of SolidWorks drawings to PDF - Created the current pneumatics diagram process, drastically increasing productivity and stability. - Created and updated work instructions, processes and training documentation Test And Debug - Generate the motion profiles and timing of machines - Create tools to align and setup machine components - Proficient in using RS Logix to debug machines and update motion profiles On Site Experience - Successfully installed and ran SAT’s for machines in North America and Europe - Trainer for maintenance and operations of Transformix machines to client’s staff - Perform remote diagnostics of machines to determine root cause of production issues
