Implementation of VW Groups Long Term Strategy (WIR2018) while adapting the approach to the local environment. Launch of a growth strategy doubling the Financial Services market share to almost 50% (initially supported by Bain & Company). Introduction of direct banking activities to the market as a refinancing tool.
