At Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) I am performing the role of Project Manager (contract) in the Cyber Uplift Programme accountable for the delivery of the Active Directory (AD) Consolidation Project, Security Operations Uplift & Integration Project, and the Cyber Risk Governance & Assurance Uplift Project. Before this, I worked with the Enterprise Data Group Team and was accountable for the delivery of the Regulatory Information Order (RIO) Transition compliance Project. The RIO Transition Project delivered the data (SAP4HANA) and reporting/visualisation (Power BI) changes to ensure compliance with the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) 2025 RIO compliance obligations for lodgment with the AER by 30 Nov 2025. Responsible for the initiation, planning, execution and implementation of technology and infrastructure projects for the IT planning and investment team, including: - Machine Learning model insourcing: working closely with the Data Science team and external vendors to plan and execute the re-platforming of DPE’s machine learning models and pipelines from AWS to Azure and Snowpark. - Snowflake migration to Azure: facilitate the set-up and migration of DPE’s Snowflake instance from AWS to Azure. - Cloud Lift migration: facilitate the migration and decommissioning of DPE’s online ordering web, file and database servers from externally hosted AWS managed services cluster to Azure.

In this role I was required to review and refine the project delivery framework, processes and standards and establish a Project Management Office capability. Program Manager for the Intra-Group Transfer (IGT) Program. The main objective of the IGT Program was the amalgamation of Fidelity Insurance Limited (FIL) into Fidelity Life Assurance Company (FLAC) including the transfer of all assets, liabilities, and insurance policies. The program was delivered to a fixed date and required co-ordination across business, technology, and operational stakeholders as well as external third parties, including Westpac New Zealand Limited. Key highlights from the program include: › Alignment and establishment of cross-entity and system and operational processes. › Application to and approval from the Regulator (Reserve Bank of New Zealand). › Consultation with over 100,000 active Fidelity Insurance Limited policyholders. › Review, update and implement branding and wording changes to over 500 systems and operational collateral (letters, forms, systems, and applications). › Novation of over a hundred commercial contracts and reinsurance agreements. › Transfer of 40 permanent employees from FIL to FLAC.
