My personal fulfillment comes from doing what I love while creating meaningful impact through the intersection of knowledge, skills, and wisdom. Being employed at NMB Bank within the Risk Department has strengthened my expertise in risk management, particularly in the domain of IT and technology risk. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying, assessing, and managing risks—enabling management to achieve value creation through effective risk optimization and resource optimization. Beyond formal employment, I am a strong believer that no single job can fully satisfy an individual. True fulfillment comes from discovering and pursuing what aligns with one’s passion. Guided by this belief, I actively engage in multiple startup initiatives, ensuring that my ideas are transformed into practical solutions that contribute to societal and economic development. Komba-Labs is an educational toy maker company based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Our mission is to bridge the gap in the education system by enabling students to correlate what they learn in the classroom with simple and intuitive ways of applying that knowledge. We are dedicated to fostering a passionate love for learning and producing future innovators and creative problem-solvers who can utilize their knowledge and wisdom to tackle challenges facing African communities. To achieve our mission, we provide a wide range of services and opportunities to schools and students from Kindergarten to Secondary school level. These include the provision of mobile Science Technology Engineering Arts and Math (STEAM) and aviation buses to schools, which are designed to spark an innovative mindset by showcasing scientific exhibitions. Additionally, we fabricate educative toys that assist students in learning faster and practicing, while providing teachers with simple and intuitive ways of teaching their lessons. Our scientific camps provide students with a platform to come together, practice and innovate various tools based on presented challenges. Alongside our education-focused services, we offer a range of activities related to aviation and drones. These include the making of drones/UAVs, as well as RC flying clubs. We also sell hobby drones/UAVs and provide 3D printing services, as well as the creation of educative 3D content for schools to aid in teaching via VR glasses. Finally, we offer edutainment services through our BEMBEA VILLAGE, SCARY PARK, and MAZE HOUSE brands. At Komba Labs, we are committed to producing well-rounded, creative, and innovative individuals who can make meaningful contributions to their communities and beyond. We believe that by providing students with the tools and resources necessary for them to be successful, we can contribute to the growth and development of African communities.
Kifs is a company specializing in innovative farming technologies, with a particular focus on providing solutions for urban areas. We recognize the challenge faced by many individuals in urban areas in accessing quality food, and our mission is to provide consultancy and services that enable individuals to cultivate healthier crops in their residential areas. Our services include consultancy on and implementation of innovative farming methods such as sack farming, aquaponics, hydroponics, drip irrigation, and vermicomposting, among others. We also offer construction of water fountains and fish dams using affordable and innovative techniques, and biogas construction for energy production. In addition, we provide design services for vertical gardens and production of Azolla feed. Our mobile fish feed pelletizer and maize miller, as well as high-capacity water pumps, are also available for purchase. i use my ample time to contribute to Forensics Community ,in this case i use to write some articles to eForensics Magazine based in Poland. Currently i am researching on different techniques to do forensics on mobile Platforms (Android ,iOS and Windows 8 Phone) and after that reflecting the obtained results to eForensics Magazine articles.
