Mr. Kirchner is the senior engineer for and president of RFK Dynamics, Inc., a provider of engineering services. He has over 25 years of experience in leading reliability and risk assessment projects and developing process improvement initiatives. He is capable in all areas of reliability engineering and risk assessment and has a broad and detailed knowledge of engineering fundamentals, system design, operation of systems, and regulation.
