Freelance Site Manager for Civil Construction. Global Housing Solutions is an Austrian based, worldwide acting company dedicated to Social Housing, mostly in developing countries. I have been supervising the construction of the ingenious GHS permanent and temporary homes in projects in Africa, South and Central America, Asia and Europe. My responsibilities as the Site Manager are: Organize Site activity, intercultural leadership, quality, time and cost control, negotiation with clients, local suppliers and subcontractors and communication with GHS Headquarters.
Freelance Logistics Manager at international industrial engineering projects. Last projects: 2013-2014 Chile, Tocopilla (new filter system for the coal-fired power plant Norgener, client: Andritz) and 2015 Mexico, Cardenas (MDF-Fiberboard-Plant, PRO MDF, client: Dieffenbacher). My responsibilities were: Supervision of complete Site Logistics (Rezeption, Control, Storage and Delivery of all components within Site, complete Truck and Crane movements at Site) as well as dealing with all the local providors and subcontractors.
Constructor for Civil Construction. Dedicated to new construction, rebuilding and upgrading, I spent more than 10 years offering complete solutions working all aspects of civil construction. Concrete, Timber and Metall works, plumbing, electrics and interior works. Leadership, Selection and Importation of construction materials, obtaining licences and permits, quotations and invoicing were also part of my responsibility.
