Tacoma, Washington, United States
Somewhere between a love for all things enumerable and all things human, I've carved out my own little niche trying to bridge that (occasionally intimidating) gap. Usually it starts with a story. My story is that I'm a Hawaii boy, born and raised, currently in a degree program for computer science (Southern New Hampshire University). I spent two years teaching in South Korea, and now I love to eat spicy food, my body just doesn't know it yet. I'm passionate about my AAPI heritage, social equity, food, and technology, specifically how technology lets us hear the voices that might otherwise go unheard. I try not to limit myself to my comfort zone, because this digital age gives us so many resources to learn new things! Right now I'm working on moving myself to the United States West Coast to dive into a career aligned with my personal interests. My goal is to find a career that feels like so much more than a job. I believe my success is driven by passion, so point me in a direction and watch me do what I do best - solving complex problems, forging genuine human connections, and generally radiating positive impact in all directions. When I'm not working, you can either find me in the kitchen cooking something way too ambitious for my skill level, sunk head-and-shoulders into a computer game, or putting ideas together for my next big project.
