As a results-driven leader with a passion for driving growth and transformation, I lead the global revenue generation efforts at Siemens Digital Industries Software in addition to leading the Global Sales and Customer Success (GSCS) organization, helping to accelerate customer success and develop strategies that drive measurable results. In my expanded role as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), I’m focused on expanding our global reach and aligning revenue strategies across Siemens' Product Lifecycle (PL), Simulation, and EDA portfolios in partnership with all business segment and segment leaders. This expanded role also includes overseeing the integration of newly acquired businesses like Altair, with a dedicated focus on driving growth and creating a more connected customer journey. At the heart of my approach is a commitment to ensuring that our solutions, messaging, and customer engagements are both impactful and relevant across every industry we serve. I’m deeply committed to strengthening relationships with our customers, helping them solve their most complex challenges, and creating lasting partnerships to help them drive digital transformation. Prior to joining Siemens in 2004, I earned my master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan. I live outside Detroit with my wife and our four sons.
