• Maintain true and accurate records of all income, disbursements, assets, and liabilities of Local 501 in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles • Deliver all books and papers generated by the Office of the Treasurer to the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees for auditing purposes and participate in auditing process • Collect all dues, fines, and assessments from 80 local members and associated payroll companies • Facilitate accurate and timely communication of all members’ standing to the Executive Board and General Membership • Compile and submit Annual Reports per US Regulations to the Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service
• Serve as Primary technical contact for artists and rental clients and liaison between the Venue Administration, Tour Management, and Head Technicians on performance/setup days • Ensure completion of daily event payroll processes for submission to venue payroll department • Organize stage crew, crew breaks, and position rotations for a crew of 12 to more than 100 people • Supervise event labor to maintain adherence to industry safety regulations, venue policies, Union Work Rules, and Code of Conduct
• Perform Set-up, strike, and maintenance of Lighting, Staging, Audio, and Video Systems for various Corporate Events, Private Parties, and Concert Performances in the Reading, PA area, and the Rock Lititz Studio Complex
• Serve as Primary technical contact for artists and rental clients, and the liaison between the Venue Administration, Tour Management, and Head Technicians on performance/setup days. • Responsible for completing event payroll processes, computing wages, and ensuring that employees' salaries are paid correctly and on schedule and new hire paperwork as necessary. • Generate preliminary and final labor cost reports for communication and approval by Venue Administration and Tour Management. • Schedule stage crew, crew breaks, and position rotations for a crew of 12 to more than 100 people. • Ensure staff follow proper safety procedures, venue policies, and Union Work Rules and Code of Conduct
