Robert J. Cascone is the owner of The Law Office of Robert J. Cascone, LLC. Mr. Cascone’s practice encompasses a broad range of litigation matters and appeals. His practice includes municipal court matters, criminal law, family law, residential real estate closings, collection proceedings and civil litigation. Mr. Cascone received his B.A. degree from William Paterson University in 2006, and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009. While in law school, he won multiple mock trial litigation competitions. Prior to starting the firm, Mr. Cascone worked for a prestigious criminal litigation firm in Passaic County, New Jersey. He also interned for the Honorable Peter G. Sheridan, U.S.D.J. in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, as well as for the Honorable Catherine I. Enright, J.S.C. in the Family Division of the Morris County Superior Court. Mr. Cascone serves his community as a member of multiple service organizations including Pequannock UNICO and the Pequannock Valley Rotary. Mr. Cascone is also a volunteer firefighter and EMT.
