Responsible for day-to-day operations of all cloud infrastructure supporting OneOncology including Office 365, Microsoft Azure, ERP (Infor/Workday), Identity and Access Management (SailPoint/Okta), and Citrix. OneOncology began providing IT services to partner practices in 2023, and today we provide direct support for seven practices covering 1500 end users with confirmed pipeline growth to twelve practices and 2500+ users by mid-2025. Led or played key roles in the following projects: Standup of new O365 infrastructure for OneOncology Standup of new Azure cloud infrastructure including IaaS and PaaS resources for Active Directory, Citrix, data warehouse, analytics platform, and clinical interface integrations Standup of Identity and Access Management platform (internally called OneID) providing identity lifecycle, single sign on, and multifactor authentication capabilities. This platform currently supports 10,000+ users across almost one thousand application integrations and has expanded to include full workflow/automation capabilities with additional identity governance (access request/access review) functions to come online in 2025 IT security lead for Workday ERP implementation, also technical resource for Workday integrations and global system administration collaborating closely with HCM and Finance Workday teams Requirements and architecture for implementation of ServiceNow ITSM platform
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all server, storage, and network infrastructure supporting 1000+ providers and staff across 40+ sites of care in Middle Tennessee and the Greater Chattanooga Area. Grew the Infrastructure team from one person to a team of six over the course of five years. Led the design and implementation of the following projects: Migration of 40+ legacy site-specific digital telephony systems to a centralized Lync/Skype for Business VoIP system using dedicated, redundant SIP trunks including porting of 500+ DIDs Migration to a new fully redundant high-density blade and SAN data center architecture eliminating all single points of failure and providing additional scaling capacity Active Directory upgrade from 2008R2 to 2012R2 Aerohive wireless infrastructure including migration of 802.1x RADIUS from legacy Linux server to Microsoft NPS SD-WAN implementation across all sites Office 365 migration with Azure AD Connect and ADFS federation for SSO In 2017, began working with business and technology leadership to develop requirements, design, and implement greenfield architecture for a new oncology managed services organization that would go live as OneOncology in the fall of 2018. This involved a cloud-first approach focused on scalability to allow for rapid growth and included buildout of Office 365, an IAM platform, ERP, and a data warehouse and analytics platform. Continued to provide key operational support for OneOncology as a Tennessee Oncology employee until I was hired by OneOncology full-time in 2019, including infrastructure build and go-live support for OneOncology's first greenfield expansion practice in Tucson, AZ.

Primary system administrator for TTU academic computer labs including 1000+ lab computers and all server and storage infrastructure supporting 10,000+ students. Responsibilities included Active Directory, systems and software management, file services, print services, LOB applications across multiple academic specialties from business to engineering to nursing. Major projects included: Virtualization efforts moving majority of servers from individual rack servers to high density blade infrastructure with Storage Area Network. Web storage service for student files replacing legacy terminal access. Campus-wide print management solution for student computing resources. VDI pilot and operational rollout to replace several general use labs with thin clients.
